Lone Working Safely app for iPhone and iPad

Do you have health and safety policies or Safe Work Method Statements that say that you need to report in to someone, or have a buddy, that you notify when you have to perform "Lone Working" or "Working Alone" jobs?

Its easy to forget to do it, and its even easier to not give the right information to your contact in case of emergencies.

This simple to use application does one job only - lets you notify up to two people when you are about to start being a lone worker, along with your GPS co-ordinates, and allow you to post updates during the working day to let them know you are still OK, and your current location.

It has a simple optional timer function that uses the Notification Centre to tell you its time to send an update, or you can use the manual update button to send new details as you go along during the day.

At the end of the day its just as easy to notify them that you are no longer working by yourself, and they dont need to search for you.

This app isnt a replacement for any policies your work may already have, but it is an addition to make it easier to comply with those policies.
